PostPartum Doula & New Mom Groups

Imagine improving your life… as a whole.

In our holistic parent coaching sessions, we will take a look at your life as a whole; including your daily schedules, choices toward diet, relationships, work, and personal life.

We will choose an area or two of focus and get to work right away!

The key is for me to help you define your goals and feel more fulfilled.

I know what it’s like to start anew.

As your holistic parent coach, I take a very personal approach in guiding you toward the changes you feel ready to make once we identify what they are. Goals are simply changes for the better. We will work together to make sure you maintain clarity and focus throughout and beyond our meetings.

I also know what you’re going through, because I faced the same transition myself.

My role is to help you find a balanced way of living geared so you feel more fulfilled.

In science, we called this type of balance homeostasis and it is essential to cell function and health. Your life factors are no different! When things feel imbalanced, everything goes out of whack.

Here’s how it works:

  1. When we meet, you will tell me a little bit about what is going on in your life.
  2. We will discuss what is going well and what areas need improvement or change.
  3. I will work with you to create personal goals and brainstorm strategies that best suit your current schedule.
  4. Once these strategies are in place, we will work together on your accountability which will help you form the new habit patterns you desire to allow positive change to take place.

Before you know it, you will feel in control and confident in your decision making! If you are interested in learning more, click here to schedule a free call with me.

I met with Kelly because I couldn’t get a handle on my time or clear the clutter in my head to achieve some of the goals that I was setting for myself. I had some major transitions in my life, becoming a mom, leaving my career of 12yrs in Wall Street and trying to start a new home based business. Kelly first made me feel like what I was going through was totally normal and explained to me why I was going through them. She helped me see that how I was prioritizing my time was not in line with what my real priorities were. She gave me some tactical ways to break my pattern. She is very intuitive and has a very thoughtful way of approaching a situation. I also like the different angles in perspective she has.  And she is genuinely interested in helping you improve and see results from sessions with her.

Kelly is an incredible coach. She is patient, understanding, a great listener, and has a ton of incredible resources to offer. She’s highly organized, on time, and willing to go that extra mile for her clients. I truly love working with her.

I contacted Kelly after taking time off work due to work fatigue and stress which had severely incapacitated me. At that time I was unable to think clearly and felt a constant fog over my head. As a former teacher herself, she was able to relate to the day to day stress I was experiencing. She helped me organize my thought process with the questions that she brought to our meetings. They helped me prioritize and re-evaluate what was important to me in order to achieve balance in my work life and personal life. I think that my biggest breakthrough was realizing that I had the choice to focus on each aspect of my life individually to improve rather than to feel as if I was a victim of my habit patterns and routines.

My husband and I had a crazy year: a marriage, a move across the country, two new jobs, and a brand new baby. While we had fun accomplishing each milestone, we were feeling frustrated with ourselves and each other in the day-to-day. Kelly helped us re-center and take a step back to analyze our time and motivation. She met with us together and individually, and after just one session – we realized how badly we needed her intervention! Kelly made the sessions comfortable, and was accommodating with scheduling meetings. I valued her opinion. I highly recommend if you are feeling like something is missing after baby, to meet with Kelly and start the path to a happier life.

Prior to my first consult with Kelly, I had gone through therapy for a number of years following my divorce. It would work for some time and then I was right back to where I started. A friend of mine recommended that I try a session with Kelly and to go in with an “open mind.” The first thing she said to me was “Don’t worry Susan, you have all the answers and they are far better than the advice anyone can give you.” Kelly is naturally gifted in the way she communicates. She empathizes as she listens which is what I felt was lacking in my previous therapy sessions. I highly recommend her to anyone who open to a new approach “stuck” with the same, repeating life patterns.
